It’s a tiny batch of 100% Tobala from Sola de Vega that we picked up in 2018 during one of our early explorations.
For the last 7 years we’ve had it resting, wondering if an appropriate moment would ever come to release it to the world. That moment has finally arrived as we celebrate the launch our permanent London home, Sorbito.

A lot of sweetness on the nose, like a desert of dark berries and smoked marzipan, with hints of dry tobacco that betray the Sola de Vega origins. More herbal on the palate initially, with notes of rosemary and a velvet mouth feel. A fruitiness sneaks back into the mid-palate before fading into a sweet and lingering background warmth.
