Amiga and French cheese aficionado Manon Fillaudeau has selected six exceptional cheeses from Mons Cheesemongers. In partnership with Sin Gusano Project founder, Jon Darby, each cheese has been paired with a rare and remarkable mezcal.

Every pairing has been chosen with intention: Jon and Manon spent an afternoon narrowing down countless possibilities, ensuring each duo is a winner. Expect a night full of surprising, exciting flavour moments.
